"Good quiet location. Recently renovated modest but clean apartment for up to four people, for a reasonable price. There was no trouble finding parking right in front of the house, and host provided an area parking pass. Had an AC, plus a room fan. Good lighting with dimmers. Nice modern bathroom, with shampoo, soap, lotion, & towels- (no washcloth, so byo). The only negative was the lack of a fitted sheet for the futon, and the twin bed had a stained mattress pad that didn't seem like it was...
