"We had issues with exterior lock to the cabin. Resulted in being locked out in the evening. Lock was not repaired during our stay. The outdoor remained unlocked although our interior room door was secure."

"It is a true honor to stay at such a magnificent hotel with such a rich history. It would be fascinating to learn the unique story behind each room."

"Clean room, modern professional interior, friendly and efficient staff. Excellent breakfast. It was a pleasant experience."

"Room was filthy. Tub was dirty and the trap was rusted apart. Our second room had a large leak in the ceiling. Both rooms reeked of cigarette smoke. We ended up driving home after an afternoon football game at army and getting in at 2 AM because the rooms were so rundown we couldn’t stay a second night."

"The room smelled musty. The service staff gave me extra towels that I didn't need but did not empty the trash. The refrigerator was set so low it froze all my drinks. I adjusted it for the next person. You could feel the bed springs through the mattress."

"Room was large and clean, as was the bathroom. Breakfast was excellent."

"This was perfect for my husband and me. Couldn't get enough of the view of the surrounding mountains, the Hudson, and the bridge. Communication was prompt and helpful. Would love to comeback in the autumn!"

"A very quiet cul de sac and a babbling brook in the back yard which was absolutely soothing. Street parking was tight but there was a small parking lot available close by. Beds were comfortable (pillows need upgraded though). Kitchen could use a few more plates and bowls. I cooked for 7 people. Towels (rough). A few upgrades and this place would be a five."

"Visiting West Point for ring weekend. Location was great and the reason we chose the place. Property itself could really use some TLC, but it met our needs. Communication with the owner was good and gaining access to the property was straightforward. Would consider staying here again just based on the close proximity to West Point."

"Conveniently located and clean with an easy parking lot. The place was fine, but a pretty big disparity between the listing, professional feeling web interface, huge deposit and real life. Ultimately, it was ‘fine’ - comfortable and served the purpose for our trip. The coffee bar (Keurig with plenty of pods) and coffee pot was nice to have, but there was ONE coffee mug, two disposable cups, and one travel mug that seems to have been left behind. This was so odd since coffee bar is literally...

"The owner was very easy to work with, and exceeded my expectations as to how attentive he was to our needs and communications. Thank you!"

"Great location…we walked to the Saturday Farmers Market and to the little shops in Highland Falls. Definitely recommend Andy’s for breakfast and Westy’s for a great hangout place in the evenings. Don’t miss the history of West Point!"

"Perfection!!!"

"Joe was always available to communicate with throughout the rental process/period. Clean and comfortable space."

"Very comfortable beds, plenty of room for everyone to relax, nicely decorated, and had most amenities that you need in the kitchen. Excellent channel choices and streaming services on the TV. "

"There were no surprises and the whole experience worked great. Highly recommend."

"Clean and modern with good amenities. Would stay here again. "

"Space was excellent, the multiple bedrooms with the extra bathroom was great. Kitchen was stocked with utensils, bathrooms were clean, living space was comfortable and cozy."
