"Great area to take the kids. There was a lot of Waters sports that the kids used such as kayaks. Water, trampolines, etc.. There is a volleyball net, but you would need to bring your own Volleyball. Sand on the beach is super nice right for kids building Sandcastles"

"The owner was terrific and very easy to communicate with. The listing was accurate and the cottage was well-kept and in very good order. A most enjoyable stay. "

"Had a wonderful 10-day trip for 5. Plenty of space, great views and clean property. Home is stocked with only the basics so ensure you bring everything you need. The inclinator is an easy way down to the dock but be careful if you take the stairs- they are steep and narrow. "

"Upon arrival we found dead bugs on the inside of the cottage likely from windows being left open. Septic tank was beyond full which meant the toilets backed up/flooded and flooded into the shower. Owner had a septic guy come out to empty the tank but the pipes must've been so far gone because of the full septic tank that the issues continued even after the septic tank was empty. "Wonderful location. A large wooded private property with its own private lake. Only one other cabin apart from this one. Complete silence surrounded by the leafy canopy of tall trees...heaven! Its like like staying in your own private Provincial Park. That is the glam part. The camp part means that there is no electricity, no plumbing and no wi-fi. But then who needs those urban comforts? Isnt the idea to escape from them for while? I certainly learned to appreciate every drop of water we used...

"Property host was quick to communicate during booking and check in process. Property manager/cleaner is right next door for any issues and to give local recommendations. Area is quiet and the layout of the house made sure all relatives had a comfortable place to sleep. Take the canoe or kayaks onto the water and explore the lake. There is a town market on Saturdays which was a bonus as well as some quick bites to eat just a few minutes away. "

"The cottage and property were both very nice. There were more items in the house than I expected, many appliances and cookware that were helpful in the kitchen, puzzles, cleaning products, etc."

"Our stay was perfect and exactly as described. There was enough room for 6 guests. Kitchen and bedrooms were perfect. There were kayaks, a paddle board, canoe and more for us to use. The location was great, right on the water and close to golf courses. Would most definitely recommend! "

"The property was exactly as described and pictured. Our multi-generational family of 9 total had more than ample room to enjoy all the activities. The upstairs games room was a bonus but definitely needs some sort of ventilation...even a ceiling fan. If the property was available next year((we already checked lol) we would have booked it again."

"The location of the stay is good with access to waterbody and surrounded by woods with good Fall view all the way from the nearby town. There’s room for lots of improvement for the property. The running tap water at the house is yellowish, which I believe they do not have a good filter system. Also, the property was not built complete which caused heating and power issues throughout. "I had the most beautiful, perfect wedding weekend thanks to Kim and Whitestone Lakehouse. The house is beautiful and the perfect gathering spot for family and friends. Not only was Kim responsive throughout the weekend when questions arose, she has also been on the ball with any questions I had about the property for almost 2 years now. Unfortunately, given how busy we were all weekend with wedding activities, we didn't have the opportuniuty to fully enjoy all of the available amenities (canoes,...
