"I must say it was my first time in St. Kitts and Kennedy made me feel right at home, the place was clean as expected and each unit had its own wifi. Let me say he went the extra mile providing me with water, juice, tea, coffee and the basics for comfort. He even accommodated me by a few hours with the check out time and made it easy as he had lock boxes by the gate. "We loved our stay at Timothy Beach Resort! The staff was very friendly, the room was clean and it is right on the beach so the views and beach days were amazing. It is also within very close walking distance to several restaurants and bars. We will be staying here again next time we visit. I highly recommend! "

"This hotel is very centrally located in Basterre, a very walkable distance from the ferry terminal, shops, and downtown. There is a grocery store located downstairs (the property is a walk up stairs). I had a great stay and would recommend this property to friends."

"It is a beautiful property. Much bigger than i imagined. "

"Room was clean and comfortable. AC and shower very good. 5 min walk to the Ferry and center of town. Only issue was the staff wasn’t there ever. Another guest had to call to get someone to show up half hour later to check me in. Other than that 5 stars. "
