"Great Hotel with a great location. Ubers and taxis are easy to get in this location and they were not expensive. Overall, it is a very nice property in a central location that makes getting around Kingston very easy. Our room was spotless, and I particularly enjoyed the oversized soaking tub in the bathroom. The included breakfast was delicious.
Even though the hotel is lovely, I did encounter some service issues that were disappointing, especially coming from a 30-year career in the hospitality...
