"I was impress with my stay at the ROK."

"The home was authentic Jamaican, gated and secure. I arrived late in the day with an emerging dental emergency. The next morning this required immediate attention. The Hostess Tamara walked with me to a nearby Dental Centre to be successfully treated. As I returned and departed for the International Airport, the host Shane taxied me to the airport for a flat $25 rate as advertised, (airport taxis were asking for $35-$45 for the same transport.) The hosts were welcoming, attentive and gracious....

"The room was comfortable, and we had a wonderful stay. The breakfast was exceptional, and most of the staff were friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, my goddaughter’s shoes, which we brought from the USA, went missing from our room during our stay. We reported the incident, but the shoes were never returned. This was very disappointing and left us concerned about the security of our belongings. I hope the hotel will investigate incidents like this and improve its procedures to ensure guests’...

"There is two side to this property. I was placed on the dirty side at the back. I stayed for 3 days and have to constantly request towels. No amenities was available in the room. The fridge were unplugged, no water , no shower gel. I have been to lots of hotels in Jamaica and this is the worst. I went for breakfast because they say it’s included I was charged for the coffee and juice. Definitely not going back. Tried canceling my reservation it was denied and they did not even try to make me...

"The Courtleigh Hotel is centrally located and therefore easily accessible. I enjoyed the gym and the early morning walk at Emancipation Park across the road. Generally, the whole property was clean and obviously well maintained. The room was spacious and well appointed. The staff was friendly and helpful, however, I didnt appreciate how late in the day my room was cleaned. All the front desk and dining room staff were exceptional and professional.
