"When wife attempted to brew morning coffee the supplied coffee pods were not correct for the pot resulting in hot water spilling on the table and floor. Support staff had not yet come in so I had to get dressed and buy coffee from the coffee shop in the lobby. Television picture was very dark making viewing difficult."

"I sent a review to Trivago, the place is dirty, moldy, wet carpet in front of a leaky refrigerator, doesn’t deserve a 7-8 rating. Since the Convention Center is closed, the hotel has gone to pot. Breakfast one day was good, the next, nothing but biscuits, cereal, banana muffins, coffee, tea, and milk. They ran out of food."
