"Our stay was fantastic: this was a truly pleasant all-inclusive hotel. We were issued wristbands to identify us to staff and had more food/drink than we needed the entire time. The room was spacious, the beds very comfy and the shower easy to work. There were two large outside pools that were freezing cold (very pleasant for countering the heat) and one inside pool that was a little warmer. We liked having a balcony although the view wasn't great. The main thing we disliked: inadequate cooking facilities.
