"Clean, comfortable, quiet, and very conveniently located. My only criticism is that on Hotels.com the room was listed as having kettle, but there was not one in the room. I showed hotel staff a screenshot indicating that there would be a kettle in the room. They dismissed that as an error. "

Never received check-in instructions, called vrbo in the evening before check-in and next morning to find out that I have nowhere to stay in Klaipeda. Booking Cancellation email and Refund of my money was initiated this same morning. Vrbo kept my money since april 1st till june 1st, but canceled my booking without notice on April 3rd"
