"We disliked the check-in procedure without an actual reception area. It was very awkward and difficult to communicate with management. The apartment was charming but some improvements could be made: replace the burner with a microwave; provide some towels or paper towels to dry dishes. On the Expedia site it specifically said that both bathrobes and laundry facilities were provided but this was not the case. "I'm coming from another country with bags then I discover that there is only stairs to take the bags and I have to take it by myself which is very hard for me. "Als je naar binnenkomt wilt komen moet je eerst je mail openen. Als de deur opengaat komt je een smerige etenslucht je tegemoet. Er is een gezamenlijke keuken, er zijn geen ramen en geen goed afzuigsysyteem. Wij hadden geboekt voor 4 nachten er is niemand die de keuken schoonmaakt. Het is echt te smerig voor woorden. Alles is vies, plakt en stinkt. Meerdere keren contact hierover opgenomen. Er word niets mee gedaan. Ze zeggen 1 keer per week de keuken te doen. In een gebouw met veel kamers en...

"An dieser Unterkunft ist wirklich nichts auszusetzen. Perfekte Lage (5-10 Min. zu Fuß zum Hauptbahnhof) und zudem direkt in der Stadtmitte. Tolles Haus, typisch holländisch, aber mit qualitativen Möbeln und vor allem bequemen Bett und Kissen! Küche war auch perfekt ausgestattet und der Preis einfach fair! "My wife and I really enjoyed our stay at this tiny house. The hosts were great and communicated well. We really enjoyed the rural setting and scenery. The living room glass wall and the partly enclosed patio (lovely) made it easy to enjoy the scenery. The house included good TV and Internet. The nearby town provided easy access to groceries, restaurants, and more. The location was reasonably convenient for the Keukenhof Gardens, and not bad for a day trip into Amsterdam (both about 45min)....
