"I didn’t really see the staff because I didn’t need to. But they were kind enough to call and message me right after I checked in and settled into my room. The lights confused me as it was my first time in Europe. Turns out you put your keycard in a slot by the door and then they work lol. But my bathroom wasn’t super clean….
