"We disliked the check-in procedure without an actual reception area. It was very awkward and difficult to communicate with management. The apartment was charming but some improvements could be made: replace the burner with a microwave; provide some towels or paper towels to dry dishes. On the Expedia site it specifically said that both bathrobes and laundry facilities were provided but this was not the case. "Als je naar binnenkomt wilt komen moet je eerst je mail openen. Als de deur opengaat komt je een smerige etenslucht je tegemoet. Er is een gezamenlijke keuken, er zijn geen ramen en geen goed afzuigsysyteem. Wij hadden geboekt voor 4 nachten er is niemand die de keuken schoonmaakt. Het is echt te smerig voor woorden. Alles is vies, plakt en stinkt. Meerdere keren contact hierover opgenomen. Er word niets mee gedaan. Ze zeggen 1 keer per week de keuken te doen. In een gebouw met veel kamers en...
