"Lipstick on a pig. Staff were polite yet unfriendly; very cold. Booked this hotel specifically for the pool & waterslide for my kids. Went to use it the next morning and they only have a fully qualified lifeguard on duty from 2PM onwards so they were not qualified to supervise the waterslide. Made no sense. So you cant use the pools main feature on day of departure (checkout 11am). also no towels available in the morning. The arcade rooms' machine's were broken. Joysticks not working and air...

"My room wasn’t as meticulously cleaned as I’m used to with other chains. The TV was old (meaning I couldn’t log into my Netflix). The hotel itself is very well presented."
