"Especially if it is your first time visiting Ulaanbaatar and you have not acquired the local language, I highly recommend the accommodation. The location is nice to walk to the center of the city ( as you may know, the heavy traffic jams in Ulaanbaatar) and has a cozy supermarket on the first floor, then 1min on foot to the 24-hour convenience store. "Great experience in UB. No AC in unit. "

"The room was booked and paid for through Expedia with receipts. They failed to check me in. I even asked to just start a new booking so I could at least go and sleep while he tried to work it out. In the end I had to go to another hotel."

"I booked Welcome Happy Guest House via Expedia for June 13–15 and emailed multiple times about check-in around 2:45 AM on June 14—but received no reply. When I arrived, there was no reservation, the owner was unreachable, and I was left stranded with nowhere to stay. This was unprofessional and felt like a complete scam. Avoid this place at all costs."
