Condo has all basic cooking utensils, nice beach towels, washer dryer in good working condition, AC units all working properly and cooling as designed. The owner is availed by phone and lives close for any problems. "

"The exact location was a little tricky but Karl was a phone call away to assist. The building was safe and close to everything, but it’s in need of repairs and updating. The apartment itself met our expectations for the price paid. Loved the balcony to watch sunsets and the hip strip. My family loved the fact that the beach was across the street and dining out was walkable. I would definitely book this place again, only about 10mins to the airport. "

"I like the location because it's walking distance to everything. The property was clean, staff was friendly and always greet you with a smile. Security is always there day and night. Easy access to the beach which is 2 minutes walking. Our room was clean and have all the necessary things I need. However, minor repairs is needed for our shower and the bed that's in the room. Overall, I enjoy my stay and will definitely go back. "

"We had an amazing time with our family there. When we had any small issues, mr. Brown was very helpful and quick to react! Highly recommended host. The palapa and the ocean view were top notch! The walk to the private beach is short and no bother at all. "

"Spacious condo and perfect location on the amazing 7 mile beach with a nice large private balcony. Bed was very comfortable. Would have been nice to have better water pressure in the shower and a curtain on the bathroom window. Staff is wonderful and ocean front restaurant was good. "

"This property is absolutely exquisite and was the perfect venue for our recent family vacation. The photos do not do justice to the beauty and majesty of this property. Each family member had their own living area with ensuite bathrooms, and an ocean view. The home comes complete with staff (including but not limited to a butler and private chef). "Nice location, quiet, lots of shopping, restaurants. Some units need upgrade but if you are the party Type and just want somewhere to crash|sleep this is an ideal spot. Not your 7 star experience. "

"The room was very clean, however the rooms are located in a very local shopping mall with lots of loitering outside, very noisy, no windows so felt claustrophobic. The outside was dirty , crowded and noisy I did not feel safe enough to stay there so I left."

"We loved it so much that I am so sad to be home. The place was everything and more. I had no complaints at all. The resort is beautiful, the communication is top-notch and we couldn't have been happier with our stay. "
