"Everything about the room was fantastic. It was clean, beautiful in decor. Very cozy. We very much enjoyed the high ceilings and upgraded kitchen/bathroom. Our Host, Mike, checked in with us frequently and was very responsive to questions and concerns. The only downside is the parking. There is a gravel lot next to the building set aside for guest not visible from the room. Our truck was burglarized by someone busting our rear passenger window that we didn't discover until the morning we...

"This was an older home but clean. It needs lots of little fixes. The neighborhood had sidewalks being dug out. Some roads were closed getting to the property. It was not a safe feeling area and the back door locks were screwed into wood that was not solid. I feel I could have kicked the door in and I’m 63. It was a little unsafe getting in because there were open stairs to the basement. It was close to downtown. About a 12 minute drive. "

"We really enjoyed our stay in OTR. The host was really fast at responding and super helpful. The house had many little touches of home that were nice! I will say, it's kind of noisy. The people above the unit had a huge dog we could hear running around and the street noise is a factor too. There's a white noise machine by the bed though. The condo is in a great location and it's right across from a grab and go pizza place we ate at twice! Definitely walkable. The parking was kind of a pain with...

"Dust bunnies everywhere, random blood stain on upstairs bed and the whole bathroom upstairs leaks water bad. It started storming on the 4th of July so we came back to the condo finding it raining in the upstairs bathroom that got all of are items soaked that was in the restroom. This could be a good place of fixed up and someone actually took care of it before someone arrives."

"Seth was quick with and on time with all the house information. The home is in a nice neighborhood, a lot quieter than I expected. You can tell he is updating and adding things to make the home more comfortable for guests. We would stay here again the the time comes. Also, just a few blocks away is probably one of the best coffee shops, The Madison Place. And a few minutes away is Golden Hands Bakery, also top tier! "
