This unit is just 3 min walk to UC, a few minutes' drive from Findlay Market, downtown OTR, major hospitals, Paul Brown Stadium and FC Cincinnati West End Stadium. Free off-street parking on premises. Premium location with a great variety of restaurants just steps away. My place is good for couples, families, solo adventurers, and business travelers.

    Enjoy the mixture of luxurious touches and contemporary design accompanied by modern amenities that spread across this entire classy space. While decorating this inviting retreat, we have worked hard to create a feeling of a 2nd home for our guests.

    ★65 inch Smart 4k TV with Netflix HD subscription, recliner couch sleeps additional guest.

    ★Grohe thermostatic shower valve ensures maximum showering safety and comfort. One-piece minimalism toilet with TOTO washlet electronic bidet toilet seat.
    ★Herman Miller Mirra 2.0 ergonomic chair and electrical height adjustable desk provide a productive working space.

    Guest access
    The apartment is located on the first floor of the 1890 built house. The unit is exclusively yours with a private bath and kitchen, without interruption for the duration of your stay.

    We love those little (and not so little) furry bundles of joy. Sadly, our home is not suitable to accommodate them.

    ★ NO SMOKING INSIDE ★
    Please refrain from smoking inside the home! Any smoking evidence will result in a fee for odor removal, duct cleaning, and furniture cleaning.

    ★ NO PARTIES OR EVENTS★
    We kindly as that you treat our home as your own to preserve its pristine condition for future guests and your return visits.

It was easy to check in and park in the reserved off-street parking spot that was included with this stay. The apartment was immediately welcoming and comfortable. The shower was very nice. We found the best sushi deal just a quick walk down the block. Would be happy to stay here again in the future.

Everything was clean when I checked in no stains on the sheets, no trash on the ground,no marks no nothing. Parking was great. I love how there are a lot of shops nearby, when I forgot something I could either drive (5-10min) or walk (3-20min). I most definitely book this place again

We really like the location—a coffee shop across the street, close to shops & eats, great apartment size, safe off-street parking, 1st-floor accessibility & the host’s communication was outstanding. The kitchen is nicely supplied w/ dishware, cookware & utensils. A bright, open space w/ room-darkening blinds for privacy & sleep. A definite consideration for our next stay.
