"It was clean and quiet. The staff checked in on me but without pressure. Really enjoyed my stay and check out was really easy."

"The apartment was clean and comfortable. We used the gym and the pool table downstairs. After a heavy rain some ants found their way in by the sliding glass door. The property managers had bug spray by our door within an hour. We would definately stay here again."

"Overall, I was quite happy with my stay. The location was great for access to the riverfront park which was very nice to stroll along in the evening. My only nits were that it was a pretty good walk to get to any restaurants, the closest grocery store was nearly a mile away and the bed frame squeaked every time I rolled over. On the other hand, if you wanted to go to a Reds game you’re right next door. "

"The place was exactly as advertised and what we were looking for. It was clean and came with everything we needed. The area was great. It was easily walkable with things to do and great places to grab a bite to eat within walking distance. The information packet that was provided was very nice and we liked the fact it showed how far things were whether you were driving or walking. Charles was very responsive and so easy to work with. Would definitely stay there again."

"What a wonderful room and setting you have. It's more like a large apartment. The bed was super comfortable. It was a terrific location for us, just minutes away from our son and daughter-in-law. Definitely keeping Carriage house on our list of places to stay in the future when we come back to visit our kiddos again."

"Had a few friends stay here with me because I flew into Cincinnati to visit old friends and the views and the setup in general was very nice. Location is great for enjoying Cincinnati and walking the whole time. Nothing like grilling with the Cinci skyline in the back. "

"We loved this location! Charming carriage house in a beautiful garden. House had everything we needed. Loved sitting in the garden while our dog roamed around. Host was on site, and readily available. Would definitely stay here again!"

"The house was very clean and comfortable. Neighbors on both sides were super friendly. Only downside was the street noise. "

"Older Clifton home but super close to the University of Cincinnati! Mark was quick to respond and the house was very clean! Gayle did a great job prepping the home and we walked in with it smelling great! Would have been tricky with a house full to capacity with only 2 bathrooms and a small kitchen but it was perfect for our family to get together for my daughter’s graduation! Thank you for letting us stay in your home! I would definitely rent again! "
