"This has become one of my favorite hotel groups. Artsy but refined and service that is polished and knowledgeable. Can’t express how much I enjoy staying at 21C properties."

"Second time I have stayed here this year. Both times our room was not cleaned. I requested clean towels, didn’t get those either. Very disappointed and after 8 years will probably find somewhere else."

"Nice, quiet, clean, spacious. Very friendly and welcoming staff"
