"These cottages in Pelican Point were absolutely perfect for my husband and I. We wanted to spend half of our time on Grand Bahama on the eastern part of the island and then spend the second half in Freeport. If you are a fan of unspoiled private beaches, then this is the place for you. We absolutely loved being the only people on the beach for miles. Husband is an avid fly fisherman, and his ability go out right the front door and fish the flats at low tide was heaven for him. Be prepared to...

"We loved this house and having the beach entirely to ourselves. The pool was fantastic, as was the balcony overlooking the ocean. Our group of ten was very comfortable. The house is well-equipped. Plenty of dishes, towels, kitchen stuff….Leyland was very helpful answering questions and Kassi’s takeout down the road really hit the spot! Perfect house for lots of privacy and family time."

"The stay at Mrs. Doris' Ocean Pearl was wonderful. The cable was out in the room and the water went out the first day, but those were both beyond the hotel's control. Mrs. Doris was absolutely wonderful and was extremely accommodating. This is the perfect destination for those looking to get away from the world and slow down. Go visit Bishop next door and be sure to order the Crack Conch Dinner in the Ocean Peal kitchen."
