"The hotel is in the perfect location for all Núremberg activities, right in the heart of town. The staff was great and the room was clean and comfortable. I would stay here again!"

"A mixed bag. - tastefully designed hotel with a nice lobby. I had a prior exchange with the hotel when they tried an upsell where I expressed my surprise that a price north of EUR 200 would get me only 16 sqm in Nuremberg. I declined the upsell and received a snarky response. I almost expected what I got - a dark, tiny room on the first floor above the cafe and towards a super noisy street. A very strange thing - there are signs on the tables in the lobby that allow / forbid certain patron...

"Die Unterkunft war ungewöhnlich. Optisch und von der Lage her beeindruckend. Innen merkte man aber auch eine gewisse Abnutzung und das Alter. Kann man aber akzeptieren. Leider waren für uns die Wege zum Zimmer sehr weit und ohne Orientierung. Das Zimmer war sehr einfach ausgestattet und hatte einen gewissen Charme der Achtzigerjahre. Einen TV gab es nicht! Gehört aber zum Konzept wurde uns vermittelt."

"Absolut enttäuschend. Das Zimmer entsprach weder der Beschreibung noch den Bildern. Statt eines gebuchten Doppelzimmers mit Queensize-Bett standen unbequeme Feldbetten im Raum. Ein Fernseher fehlte trotz Angebotsangabe. Das Zimmer roch stark unangenehm, auf Kopfkissenbezügen und Kissen befanden sich Flecken und auf dem Bettlaken fanden wir Insekten sowie weitere Verunreinigungen. Wir haben gegen 23:15 Uhr eingecheckt und die Unterkunft bereits um 23:53 Uhr wieder verlassen. Statt einen schönen...

"Insgesamt wieder ein angenehmer Aufenthalt. Allerdings was mich stört ist, dass ich selbst nach weit über 15 Aufenthalten in diesem Hotel immer noch gefragt werde, ob ich schon einmal da gewesen wäre und das mehr als lückenhafte Fernsehprogramm."
