"Loved the hotel, but you need to make sure you book your dinner otherwise they won’t let you into the restaurant. The staff there were not as enthusiastic as other places, especially the reception. We had to ask for more towels as we only got 2, even though the booking was for 4. Our room wasn’t cleaned and we had to ask for that to be done. The staff at the restaurant were otherwise good and enthusiastic, but I think I got food poisoning from their buffet."

"Would definitely stay here again, staff are friendly, facilities are modern, clean and well maintained. Food is typical resort pricing but there's a shop a short walk from the hotel and taxis to town and the airport were around $20fjd each way so pretty cheap."

"I love this resort. It is beautifully presented and its facilities are fantastic. However, it’s best quality is the staff. They are so helpful and accommodating. "Late check in and the security guard had to go and look for the receptionist. Receptionist made me check in and fill out all my details on the iPad, I thought that was there job? He looked grog doped as he had his plate of food on the check in counter. Then we requested late check out the next day as he had agreed due to the late check in time. The staff the next morning were so pushy with check out. But we're helpful when explained about the late check in. Clearly communication gap."

"The staff are incredible. Sail went above and beyond to get me here and everyone is so welcoming. They remember names and where everyone is from. I don’t know how they do it but I have never met a more welcoming people than those in Fiji, especially here. They have snorkel gear, kayaks and paddle boards ready to be taken out at anytime.
