"The room was beautiful. We got the lagoon view right in front of the over the water bungalows. Staff members are all nice. I would like to shout out: Jack the bartender at lagoon lounge, Ana at the Goji restaurant and Sulu, server at fish bar. They made our stay extra special. The only thing I would suggest is having some chill music at the pools. Not saying they need a dj but atleast some chill music while in the pool would be nice. Also would be nice to have a swim up bar at the adult only...

"I was so impressed with the Shangri-la. The grounds and gardens were immaculate. The rooms were spacious and the beds and pillows were super comfy. Air Conditioning was so good after being out on the heat. The hospitality of the staff was wonderful you really did feel at home and looked after. Everyone was super friendly.
