"1. The Oceanus Shopping Mall is not fully operational. However the 3 convenient-marts along the corridor did help. 2. The bathroom walk-in closet is fantastic. More lighting in shower and vanity area will help in attending ourselves. Sofa and carpet looks pretty aged. It will be good if there’s a sofa cover (washable) to rest on, feeling more fresh and comfortable. The tv top quarter screen illumination is dark-shaded, uneven one-sided brightness. "수건에 날파리가 붙어있거나, 객실 청결도가 조금 떨어지긴하지만, 직원분들이 진짜 친절하시고 24시간 프런트라 새벽에 가도 체크인 가능합니다. 조식 메뉴는 거의 비슷한데 과일은 날마다 조금씩 다르고 여기서 먹은 파인애플이 인생 파인애플이었습니당. 다만 조식 먹는 시간에 사람이 몰리면 앉을곳이 없을 수 있음! 물이나 수건은 프런트에 요청하면 추가로 더 주시고, 체크아웃 후 짐도 맡길 수 있어서 편했습니다. 공항이랑 거리도 가까운 편이고, 이 호텔에서 여행하는 곳들의 거리가 많이 멀지는 않아서 좋았습니당."

"We were a group of nature lovers who were using this as a three night stay to get used to the temperature and time change upon arrival in Borneo. Loved the grounds and snorkeling right from the beach. Fantastic nature center staffed by several biologists. The food options were a bit pricey but we were expecting that. The grounds were very birdy and we found two Borean Pit Vipers. The mangrove tour was fantastic. Room is very good quality for the price."

"Our state was very nice. No problems. Just to be aware that this is not the touristy part of town. With no offense meant, we were the only white couple. We saw the whole time in this area. Everyone was smiling and friendly. No problem whatsoever with the locals they were very welcoming!"

"시내에서 그랩을 타고 갔는데 생각보다 와! 멀다는 아닌데 멀어요…물이랑 간단한 먹거리 챙기세요! 셀프체크인 하라고 연락왔는데 체크인하우스 가니까 이름 여권 확인후 친절히 안내해주시고 정문이랑 룸이 멀어서 언제걸어가나 했는데 수시로 버스있구요 발코니문열면 넓은바다보이고 바로앞에 수영장있는데 엄청크지않고 수영장 물은 괜찮은데 큰애들이 다이빙금지라고 써있는데 다이빙하더라구요 직원은 없어서 제지안되구요 그시간피하면 저희애들은 마음껏 수영했어요 시내에서 멀고 편의점없고 다 알고갔는데 화장실은 조금 관리가 덜된!느낌이라 언니랑 둘이 애들쓰기전에 간단하게 청소하고 사용했어요 저희언니는 하수구 냄새가 조금 났다는데 저는 못느꼇고 일단 직원분들 진짜 친절하셔요!!"

On arrival James and Felix gave us a lovely welcome & explained where everything could be found, we received a room upgrade with a sea view & balcony as they are completing works / upgrades to the restaurant & rooms.
