"This is a comfortable spot. Cleanliness was good. As stated you can expect to hear your neighbour but wasn’t too bad. Erika checked in with us after arriving and asked if there any problems. This was much appreciated, a nice touch- thank you! A few repairs need to be attended to. The faucet/tap in the kitchen only has one setting- a strong spray, instead of spray and a steady stream of water. The drain in the lower bathroom sink needs to be cleaned out, does not drain well. Thank you!"
