"This is an exceptional "Hotel". From the initial check-in and throughout the stay, all the staff are professional, welcoming and warm. The Resort is wonderful; peaceful, relaxing and the views from the rooms are exceptional with great vistas out to the Pacific ocean and coastline. Alejandro and Lucy warrant special mention for their exemplary service during our stay and we very much hope to return one day - if only the UK was much, much nearer ..."

"It’s right at the beach, so it makes it really convenient to just chill at the beach. The cox bay beach is therapeutic. The property was extremely clean and the cottage I booked was well equipped with all the basics. The folks at the reception are really friendly and will give you the right information about anything you need. Only thing to note is that the resort is on the Pacific Rim Highway about 10 mins away from town, so you will either have to drive or take the bc transit shuttle, if you...

"Great simple place to stay. Worked well for a short work trip with a dog. The spiral stairs require care to navigate. "

"The front desk allowed me to park my Can Am Spyder right at the front door under cover. The pool was cool but the hot tub was hot, just what my bones and muscles needed at the end of the day. Stayed here before and will stay here again."
