"Service is not what it was. Being ignored sitting at the bar waiting for a drink. Steam room and pool in the wellness area not working. No bathrobes in the room anymore. Loose floor tiles in our bathroom. Too bad. We always liked this hotel when flying in and out of Frankfurt. "

"A classic (and classy) hotel in the heart of Frankfurt. Our 2nd stay in 2 weeks after a quick trip to Amsterdam. We fell in love with the place the 1st time and will stay here anytime our travels bring us through Frankfurt First rate. Top to bottom. I'd give it 10 stars if I could. "

"A lovely place to stay when you have an early morning flight. Free shuttle starts at 0500 and runs every 15 minutes to Terminal 1 only. Will stay here again when I have another early flight."

"Staff was friendly upon arrival, checked in right away. We were surprised on how well they handled a huge group of soccer tournament families. Not to mention, how quiet the night went with all the kids. We were not part of it, but thought oh no, this could be problematic in getting sleep for an early morning flight. Thankfully, We didn’t hear anything!! Very happy about that! The airport is close by!"

"A cozy but serviceable room for a recovery from a lengthy inbound flight. They accommodated me for a very early check in (7am) having booked and paid for the previous night. (Avoided a "no-show" cancelation with a phone call two days prior to arrival.) The AC control is effective and the room was quiet and comfortable. Just don't open the window. The AC pauses. The local area has plenty of food options just make sure to check open times. "The Italian" was our favorite."
