On arrival James and Felix gave us a lovely welcome & explained where everything could be found, we received a room upgrade with a sea view & balcony as they are completing works / upgrades to the restaurant & rooms. "早く着いたら、早くチェックインさせてくれた。 部屋はまぁまぁ。3つ星レベル。窓からの眺めは良い。 ベッドは硬く、Wi-Fiは遅め。TVはスマートTVではない。プールがあり、そこからの眺めは良い。 朝食ビュッフェはRM21.2。朝食は種類がとても少なく、味も美味しくない。サラダもないし、egg stationも無い。 近くのibisの朝食ビュッフェは、３倍くらい種類が豊富で、RM20。朝食はibisの方が良い。"

"Great hotel! We stayed there twice during our trip to Mount Kinabalu. The room was nice sized, bathroom was perfect and breakfast was good. Will stay again when in KK. "
