"Recently renovated and converted property with large suites, adequately furnished with all basic furniture and kitchen appliances and dishes etc. Rooms were clean, linen was good quality, kitchen was clean and tidy. Great short term stay. "

"The office was a bit complicated to find when we arrived. The host was very friendly and made us feel welcome. The suite encompassed a well equipped kitchen complete with full size refrigerator/freezer, stove with oven, countertops and sink. Perfect for cooking our meals. In addition to a large living room, dining area, and bath, there were two large bedrooms with comfortable beds. Well worth the money. Recommend it for either a short or long stay. We were there 3 nights."

"We had a wonderful three nights here. It's a classic rustic Ontario cottage filled with history. From the log wood interior to the antiques that adorn every area of the cottage it's as if you're living in an antique store. Every day we found new trinkets to look at.The property is very private and lots of space to roam about. We saw loons, a beaver, herons, ravens, a wolf down the road, and on our last day had a bald eagle show up to hunt a fish which was really cool to see.There was plenty of...

"Great place to stay if you’re in town for a while. The place is close to everything you’ll need in town. "

"The office check in was strange. Not an office setting. Little things need attention. Dish towels were rags. Bath mat looked old. Pieces of drywall sitting in hallways. Outside premises could use a spruce up."
