"My friend and I had a lovely stay. Room was spotless. Bed was so comfy, shower huge. Used the spa facilities, which again was very nice, not too busy, only negative was would have liked robes in the room. It would have been good if the bar stayed open afer 12 though as would have enjoyed a quiet night cap after christmas party. Will definitely stay again. Breakfast in the morning was good, nice selection."

"Great location to stay before a flight before flying from Birmingham airport. Checkin was quick, friendly & easy. Rooms clean and tidy but could do with a little care for decorating. Restaurant has been done and even corridors are tidy just rooms need a little spruce up."
