"Room was clean and good location"

"Stayed for Crufts, 4th/6th March. Returned first day from Arena at 3.45 pm and room had not been serviced. Tried to phone Reception to find out phone did not work! Had to go to Reception, told fresh towels would be sent within minutes. ONE HOUR later, returned to Reception to ask for Duty Manager. Young man seemed blinkered as to the problem. Deputy Housekeeper on the ball and very apologetic."

"Broken kettle, strong smell of smoke, paper thin walls neighbour snoring all night, couldn’t get food after 7.30pm, car park almost full…avoid!"

"There was hair in the bath so I couldn’t have a shower but my partner still had a shower and then we checked out around 3 instead of the actual time which was 11 the stafff was amazing very welcoming I would like to come again but I hope the room will be more clean when visiting as I did enjoy the pool and the garden "

"Wow!, must stay here again, absolutely stunning. I had American Visitors with me, on business, travelling the UK, this hotel was the icing on the cake. Rooms Food and venue 100%"

"This was an excellent hotel for our needs as a stopover for crufts nec.The room was clean the food was good all the staff were excellent no problems would book again if going to Birmingham. "

"Hotel and room were very nice, however a hidden parking cost was not appreciated. Was told I needed to pay for parking at reception on arrival, when I mentioned to manager(?) that evening that it showed that parking was free both on Expedia and their official website he said it was a new charge that they obviously hadn't updated online, but was given no choice but to pay or leave (hotel is on a main road near no other options!)"
