"Super! Vom Glas angefangen bis zum Handtuch, Toilettenpapier und Fön ist alles da. Das Domizil war sehr gemütlich und sauber. Ich komme gerne wieder."

We’re told later that there is a QR code in the room and we have to use that to chat. Also there was no iron in the room. Requested one and was taken care of. Overall great location 5 mts walk to train station, from where you can go around the city easily."

"The room was great. Everything was modern and comfortable. The check-in process is scary if you wait until the last minute. I accept most of the responsibility, but I wish I would have received a warning e-mail for not checking in the day before. Just an email that would make me acknowledge the automated process that I would be entering into and without help from staff on site. We were on a 42 day trip with 14 different hotels, so we were spoiled by most of the hotels that had staff to assist...

"Good location and price for the time we went, breakfast was nice and they make your morning drinks for you and it’s nice. Only thing is starts to feel a bit repetitive so last day we got brunch. Has no AC so was quite hot at night but given fans. Hotel is clean esp the bathroom. Coop right outside which helps, tram station right outside and 20 mins into centre of Zurich. Waterfountain also right outside didn’t need to pay for water the whole trip which was great considering 500ml is 4.80...

"Convenient location with easy access to Zurich. The train stop is 1 minute fromthe hotel. Some nice local restaurants with local ambience. Loved it. Perfect place to base yourself and plan trips accross the country."

"I enjoyed my stay here and the room was clean and quiet. There was a small issue with the first room and the staff were very accommodating and moved me the next day. The breakfast was fine but it’s a busy hotel with tour groups and schools so expect a lot of people. The hotel is in a great location, an easy walk from the train station."
