"The guest service was disappointing. We booked a suite specifically to use the washer, dryer, and other room amenities, as we were traveling with a toddler. Unfortunately, the washer and dryer were not working properly. The service staff took a long time to address the issue, which forced us to stay awake late into the night. We then had to wake up at 2:00 AM to collect our clothes after they were supposedly dried. When we received them, I noticed that nearly half of the clothes were still damp...

"This place is definitely top rated in Cheras. Connected to Metro and easy access to grab at lower ground floor. The reception is inside the mall like one of the store, so figuring out where it is, is slightly confusing but they send a video of how to reach so should be manageable. The studio is so clean, great for a family. Kitchen is good. Hot water geyser model is different here and can be tricky to learn how to use, if you havent used before. Staff is cooperative, answered all our queries...

I simply loose my money … I am very upset.. very bad place .. internet not working, fridge is not working …no one don’t care about the room service also they charge me extra money .. this is my first experience like this .. very bad experience."
