"The entire staff at Hotel Michael was wonderful — always kind, welcoming, and smiling. We requested a late checkout at 2:00 pm instead of 11:00 am, and they graciously accommodated us, which we truly appreciated. Our room was clean, comfortable, and warm, and the breakfast buffet was excellent with a great variety of options. Overall, this hotel exceeded our expectations and is 100% recommended. We would gladly stay here again!"

Nice towels and hair dryer in a modernized bathroom, but no toilet paper (!), soap dispenser was empty, and there was garbage in the toilet. With poorly washed dishes in the kitchen (which had no dish towel) and crumbs left in the sandwich maker, we are left thinking the room was not cleaned after the previous guests. Were the sheets even changed? Nice...
