"We liked everything! The staff were lovely and there was so much to see and do! Excellent location as well."

"There’s nowhere else for us. We’ve stayed at The Padma several times and it never lets us down. The resort lives up to its 5-stars in every way 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟"

"Property and room was a bit dated. The hump from bathroom to entry way is a bit dangerous if you’re not paying attention. There really should be a warning. Overall the room and grounds were absolutely beautiful."

"Perfect , the best of everything"

"This hotel is fantastic. Great location with lots of shops, cafes, good coffee and amenities at your doorstep. Staff were amazing nothing was too much trouble. Rooms cleaned daily and having the fridge restocked daily with waters and soft drink was such a bonus. The villas are gorgeous and the perfect size for our family (2 adults & 2 teenage boys). Highly recommend, we will be back :)"

"Very friendly"

"Excellent all round."

"Personeel zeer attent en de accomodatie was schoon."

"It really is a great spot. the location / front entrance isnt ideal as it is on the highway and there is no sidewalk for pedestrians - its fine but you need to be alert. - you dont hear the traffic at all. Staff was wonderful, we did have issues with our ac unit spitting water all over our floor - the staff delt with it but it took away from the last few hours of enjoying the room. we had to also request towels for the pool - not a big deal, but nice if we didnt need to go to the lobby wet....

"From the moment we arrived at the Bali Beach Hotel, we were impressed with absolutely EVERYTHING! What we loved most was the incredible staff. Every single worker, whether stopping for a conversation or simply passing us in the hallway, greeted us with a beautiful smile and a warm hello. It’s those little things that make such a big difference! We had a wonderful check-in experience with Day, and Mutiara was absolutely exceptional in looking after me and my family when it came to checking out...
