If I may suggest on the breakfast, maybe put more varieties like muffins, cinnamon buns, or scones and fresh fruits. Also for the parking, please have free parking. "The room itself was decent, despite the bathroom not being renovated along with the rest (older fixtures, burn marks on toilet and tub). The location is horrible. Loud, sketchy, lots of homeless and questionable behavior. Would not visit again."

"Upon arrival it was impossible to park in front of hotel. Come to find out it was because the valet was full and they weren’t moving the cars that still needed to be valet. Busy street downtown so it made navigating difficult. Room felt not the cleanest. Floors didn’t feel clean. Sink would not drain due to hair clogging it. Clean washcloth had human hair imbedded in it. Popping noise all night long which was awful for trying to fall asleep. Frustrating due to the price of the room."
