"Probably the worst stay I’ve ever had ! The pool was closed, the elevator was broken, the restaurant was closed, they didn’t have a king room that I had reserved months before the stay , also the sink in the bathroom wouldn’t drain and the lamp next to the bed didn’t work!"

"Best hotel chain ever"

"Everything was nice"

"Live Tv channels are virtually nonexistent. Access to majority of popular streaming apps also virtually nonexistent. Wish we had a way to connect to the tv in case of wanting to watch anything local."

"Property is an older property. Room was clean. Outlets were loose. Back of chair was broken off, daughter barely avoided getting scratched. We reported these to owner so they could fix the issues. Beds were comfortable. Room was quiet. Breakfast is minimal, continental. Ice maker was broken, needed to walk to nearby gas station for ice."

"Really cool hotel with great restaurant! College run and really good!!"

"I had a deeply disappointing experience during my stay. Unfortunately, I encountered bugs on the bed. When I reported it, management and their exterminator dismissed my claim, insisting there were no bed bugs—even though I have clear picture and video proof. I chose not to post the media because it is totally disgusting. Dealing with this issue and their poor response completely ruined our family getaway. Thankfully, Expedia stepped in and issued a refund, but I would not recommend booking here...

"We like to stay in older, refurbished motels when we travel. I do not understand how this hotel has a rating above eight on a scale of 10! Don’t be fooled by that. Maybe Expedia should expunge reviews older than one year. Although it seemed clean, except for the carpet, which definitely needs to be replaced, this was more like a $60 a night hotel than $110. The staff was not professional and seemed bothered by having to deal with us. We generally have wonderful experiences with highly rated two...

"Had a pleasant stay, good location and a clean room"

"Amazing stay! Would definitely return!"

"The well water smelled the ants that kept coming in the house it's a great place to stop by if you're just going for one night but not for a few nights"

"My room was fine but It felt overpriced for the property. Sad area that apparently was hopping at one time. Was very dark/ dingy with a weird couple out front cooking on a small grill. I saw no other people staying at the property."

"Great property! Super clean and cozy with lots to do if you want to just stay on site!"

"Very close to entrance, clean and nice rooms. Would liked instructions on using satellite tv/ remote. ( for kids) and they put chemicals in the pool before check out. So, kids couldn’t swim between 9 am and 11. I feel like they should do that between 11-4 after you check out, and before you can check in. I would have liked to use up some of their energy before we left. But otherwise, a great stay."

"Met our needs for long term stay - host was very quick to respond to texts. Would stay again if needed"

"Rm 7 at Alexander landing is great. It was clean with everything you need. It has great outdoor space and a hot tub. October is perfect because we had the pace to ourselves. The only negative was the manager/ cleaning lady. Hot tub was supposed to be open but she rudely told us it wouldn’t be open for another half hour. We were preapproved for a late check out and she rudely told us we couldn’t have a late checkout. Just needs some training on how to kindly apologize when things are not as they...

"Very cute and clean cottage with a lovely lake view. Relaxing vibes!"

"This property was nit what we expected very very very poorly maintained. Outside was complete overgrown wirh"

"The room was very clean. It was right on the lake. It had an indoor pool and an outdoor hot tub. It was right next to the amusement park very convenient."
