"Standard queen Room 205 is not much bigger than a broom closet with large furniture stuffed inside. The only window had a huge AC unit which took up bottom half so not much outside light in this room. Bathroom nicely redone but very, very tight. See photo. Shower stall tight especially with curtain clinging to body. Very very disappointed with this room for over $100/night. Front desk staff member couldn’t tell us a thing about Sternwheeler cruises."

"The room was clean and well appointed. No issues there. However the pool was just an empty hole in the ground. The "Breakfast" was not good. Very little selection and was out of coffee by 8:00 am. Only offered hot water and decaf. At check-in, the person at the desk seemed like she was getting overwhelmed. There were several people in line waiting to check in and nobody stepped up to help her, although we all could see other employees in the back."

"THE POOL WAS ONE OF THE BIGGEST POOLS IN A HOTEL THAT WE'VE STAYED. THEY ARE WORKING ON THE HOT TUB. WE STAY HERE DURING THE STERNWHEELER FESTIVAL. IT IS ONE OF THE ONLY FEW HOTELS THAT WILL RENT A ROOM FOR ONLY ONE NIGHT ON THAT WEEKEND."

"Though the bed and linens were clean comfortable, the room definitely needed a thorough cleaning. Poor smell throughout hotel. dusty, and needed vacuum well. The front entrance was dirty, the bench to sit on had green mold and needed replaced bad. Some shady characters were staying there."
