"Waited an hour in line for check in because we booked through Expedia. Was also told I could not get the first responder discount because I booked through Expedia. Was given a lot of misinformation at check in. I had booked the ultimate food and fun pass for 5 but only 4 of us went. Was told at check in that the extra one could be taken off only to be charged AGAIN the next day. "Very disappointing stay. The parking lot and courtyard were filled with people smoking weed, and the smell was so strong I had to hold my breath walking to my room. Unfortunately, the room itself smelled heavily of cigarette smoke, the bathroom smelled like urine and had mold growing on the ceiling, and the trash can was overflowing, making it appear that the room had not been cleaned. The noise was just as bad as the cleanliness. Groups of people gathered in the courtyard throughout the night...

"The bedroom with the king sized bed was very stuffy with the door closed. The bathroom downstairs used by 2 bedrooms was very tiny. The whole house was very musty. The location was great in retrospect to the Gardens. Not very many restaurants or stores in the area."
