"Waited 20 minutes for a attendant to come to the front desk and another 10 minutes to get checked in. A very substandard hotel."

"Surprised by the in-room kitchenette, with a full size fridge, sink disposal and 2 burner stovetop. So convenient and comfortable! Plus a coin laundry was a lifesaver after a week of living out of a suitcase. A bit noisy (right off the highway) but over all a very pleasant stay."

"The room was great size the air unit kept the room at a great temperature, very comfortable bed. Breakfast was ok. Would stay there again. The thing I think they could do better is have a coffee pot in the rooms for that first cup of coffee."

"The kiosk check in was unique. It went very smoothly. The facility was newly renovated and very clean. The hair dryer quit and without a person at the desk to provide a working hairdryer, I was let out to dry - so to speak. The shampoo, soap and lotion dispensers were either empty or vey low with product. The tissue dispenser was also empty. Attention to the details mentioned would make this a 5 star review."

"This is not a luxury hotel. It's a traveler's motel right outside a national park. But the room was exceptionally clean. The bed was comfortable. Everything was very quiet. And the restaurant on the property serves good basic food (Pizza, burgers, breakfasts, etc.) at a reasonable price. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Luxurious? No. But I've been in "luxury" hotels that were not as clean as this one."

"The staff was pleasant and greeted us quickly. Check-in was very easy. Our room was clean and roomy, and we enjoyed the small kitchenette and table area also. The breakfast was very good. The only problem I had was trying to contact the front desk from our room. I was trying to see if the NFL football game was available on the TV, and I could not ring the front desk."

"Horrible place: hallway and room carpets nasty, everything in the room was dirty, holes in wall, moldy shower curtain and around tub, pillows were stained It was late and if there was any other place to go other than sleeping in our car, we would have left. We wiped down everything we could, slept in clothes and left asap in the morning. Lady at the desk was fine at check in. Bed was comfortable and sheets appeared clean. Thankfully in checking, there were no bed bugs or traces of creatures...

"When you get there, you have to ring a bell, and the person comes to greet you. She was very kind and friendly however, the room had about 10 flies for some reason and a bunch of dead flies on the floor overall pretty filthy a bunch of hair on the floor Everywhere that had never been swept up from the last person was unable to take a shower because only water came from the tub faucet and not the showerhead above. Definitely asked to see the room before you accept it. It was OK for a one night...

"Quiet, away from the bustle of Medira, but close enough to enjoy restaurants there. Liked the location between the North and South sections of the park."
