This hotel was beautiful and had wonderful staff that were always willing to answer questions or just check in and see how we were doing. Upon checking in we received two complimentary drink cards to a local spot that was a great way to explore the town and get introduced to our surroundings. "Breakfast and parking was good Clean was cleaned but the garbage wasn’t taken out. Staircase was very helpful"

"Didn’t let us check in wouldn’t let me redo my reservation. Sent me on to the road at 2:30 in the morning due to my id being expired by 2 months. Didn’t even know it was. Then my significant other tried to use his id and make a new reservation and they would let me use my card to pay. Completely ridiculous."

"The room wasn’t clean like other Hampton Inn’s we’ve stayed at. The room furnishings weren’t as nice, and towels available were the minimum amount. We’ve made it a point to stay at Hampton Inn’s, so this was disappointing."

"Cigarette Burns all over the bed spread the nightstand the table. There was not a bucket to go get ice at all.. paint shipped off all over the place on the walls and the ceilings and the front door was off track barely hanging on to the hinges there was no cover on the air conditioner and the floor was dirty had not been swept and the TV was about four or five inches thick from 10 to 15 years ago... hard to imagine it could be worse but at least I didn't see I said see any bed bugs or roaches...

"The room was very dirty. There were flies in the room when we checked in. The towel rack was broken. The stopper in the bathroom sink was missing. We purchased room freshener due to the smell. All you could smell on the property was people smoking weed. The pool was unable to be used. The water was filthy. We were not n for race weekend and could not find other accommodations, otherwise we would have left. I would not recommend this hotel."
