"Elegant classic style hotel. Attentive staff. Small annoyances, bulb was out in my tea daunt lamp. No bathroom ammeneties beyond the basics. I’m used to tooth brush kit, shaving kit etc at this price. I sent my boots down to be shined in the evening. They promised them back by 11:00 AM. Didn’t happen. I finally called to enquire and it hadn’t been handled. If I was informed I would have handled it in my own. May or may not return next year may try Batcheller Mansion"

"If you are looking for a bed and breakfast Inn, Look no further. This location has it all. We just returned from spending 3 nights at The Circular Manor and it was a fantastic experience. The owners, Dieter and Michele Could not be more accommodating. Excellent breakfast, close to restaurants, racetrack and Just a very warm and welcoming home. "Location! Location! Location! The Bluebird is on the Main Street that has restaurants, bars, and shops. Get takeout from Sweet Mimi’s and have a picnic in the park. The park is gorgeous! The Bluebird has comfy beds and a coffee/tea bar for guests. The staff at the front desk were very helpful. If you pull in to the parking lot and it’s full, go to the front desk and they will give you a parking pass for the garage located behind the hotel. Don’t hesitate to stay here!"

"Stay AWAY !!!! This is a misleading website and the property is NOT worth the money. The rooms have an odor/smell, the property is old and needs attention and the fact that I had to pay a deposit the amount of one night is outrageous. When I pulled in I sensed there was an issue not a car or person on the property except the desk manager. The hotel is on the outskirts of Saratoga Springs but that is not the issue it is misrepresented by the website and the photographs of the property. Property...

"Room was OK, a number of challenges with a few things however overall acceptable. Continental breakfast was acceptable however, the coffee was just intolerable. Every day we had to go out and buy coffee because the one in the hotel tasted terrible."

"First, they overcharged me and the office was locked at 7:10am. There were 2 towels in the bathroom, no wash clothes nor hand towels. Both the toilet paper roller and towel rack were broken. Entry to the room required a physical key, so I had to remember to lock the door once inside. Unfortunately, that key would not provide access to the breakfast lounge. I would never choose to stay there in the future."
