"The hotel is very close to all the historical sites in Springfield. The room was small and needed updating, but the bed was extremely comfortable. The staff were very helpful in making dining recommendations. The parking garage had very low ceilings, so it was a bit concerning if our car luggage top would hit the ceiling. We stayed for one night, so it was very manageable. Hopefully, they will consider remodeling because it is a great location."

Bathroom door would not shut and counter was unfinished. Guests rented this hotel for their permanent home and it felt unsafe. Guests were yelling at each other. Do not stay here."

"Really enjoyed the pool and hot tub. The check in reception was amazing. She was very kind. Our suite wasn't exactly great. The housekeeping staff that had cleaned did not clean windows or mirrors, so there were handprints amongst other things all over them. Our fire alarm was disconnected and just gone.
