"This hotel is dated, but fairly clean and tidy. The best thing we liked was the bed and pillows. This is the most important part of my stay! Staff was kind and courteous. Parking was fine. Pet friendly, but we never heard any barking. I’d stay there again because of good sleeping! Not always present in a less expensive hotel! In fact we ordered the pillows they were using straight from the company. Boksers!"

"I checked in and they said I had two reservations, they said I would have to cancel and rebook at a higher price. After a discussion, I showed them my reservation and they said that was ok. I got to my room, TV didn't work and when I went to take a shower there was long clumps of hair in various parts of the shower. Not a little, a lot. "The glass top stove was busted and the host never notified us of that. We had to but a griddle to cook breakfast on. When we contacted the host, he stated that it was busted two weeks prior to our say, on the fourth of july weekend. Silverware was dirty. Tons of pop or beer tabs in the utensil drawer. The balcony door to the outside does not lock. Other than that, the overall place was clean and the pool was nice"

And next time we come to the area we are definitely booking here again!The cabin is very clean and perfectly rustic. Driving down the farm roads, with all open fields is a drastic comparison to the woodsy comfort this property gives you. "Loved the location of the property the tranquil peaceful surrounding was almost unexplainable by what I felt from grounding and reconnecting with Nature, Also the convience of Maumee State Park and the Beach is literally a 15 minute Drive"

"The property was very beautiful. The room was clean. Nice hot water for the shower (it took a while to heat up though). The host was excellent and even allowed us to check in a bit early. As an FYI, we thought the outlets behind the bed didn't work...they did, but you had to have the light switch on to give them power. I had never encountered an outlet like that, so...head's up. The bed was comfortable. I will definitely stay here the next time we come."
