"Basically a 3 star hotel. Staff is friendly. Bathroom needs a new tub and updating. Fair value for the cost."

"No hot water in bathroom sink, in shower handle came off when turning water on, no breakfast was shut done in June because health department shut it down, should never have stayed there terrible terrible terrible"

"There was pee on the toilet and no shampoo or soap in the dispensers……stains on the bed and dirty under them. And it smelled horrible, we won’t be staying there again."

"Loved the location of the property the tranquil peaceful surrounding was almost unexplainable by what I felt from grounding and reconnecting with Nature, Also the convience of Maumee State Park and the Beach is literally a 15 minute Drive"

"The glass top stove was busted and the host never notified us of that. We had to but a griddle to cook breakfast on. When we contacted the host, he stated that it was busted two weeks prior to our say, on the fourth of july weekend. Silverware was dirty. Tons of pop or beer tabs in the utensil drawer. The balcony door to the outside does not lock. Other than that, the overall place was clean and the pool was nice"

"Perfect place for our needs. We brought an 18 foot boat and there was plenty of space to park it and plug it in to charge my batteries. We enjoyed the stay. It's a bit of a drive to the boat ramps we used. But the price was right and there is a boat ramp on the Sandusky river just across the road if we wanted to go out on the river. Jimmy Bukkett's is located there as well and we enjoyed the food, drinks and music Friday night."

"Beautiful peaceful property"

"It was perfect! Sit out by the fire, head over to the Tavern for a bit, then back to the fire. Wonderful place!"

"Perfect location. We had plumbing issues while we were there. I’m sure the owner has taken care of them. He was responsive to our needs."

"Fantastic property! Tons of space and the host set up the house with the guests needs in mind. Very quiet, large property, extremely clean. We were happy with our stay!"

"I was a bit disappointed I wasn't closer to the water, but that's on me for not checking better. I did have a view of the water and spent a lot of time in the morning and evening on the deck enjoying it. The condo was clean, the pool fantastic, but our favorite part was how absolutely quiet it was, which is what we needed! We were so close to Put-In-Bay, Port Clinton and Marblehead! So many things to do near us! We enjoyed our stay immensely!"

"Clean rooms. Great common space to hangout, both indoor and outdoor. So much better than staying at a hotel."
