"Got a room with a balcony & just wow! The views. Were amazing! We also enjoyed the views from the bar."

"Overall great"

"Clean room. Helpful staff. Given that it’s a historical hotel, expected that the rooms are a little tighter. But good location, there’s convenient offsite parking nearby if you have a car or there’s good access to public transit options. Would recommend!"

"Hotel was nice. Staff were very friendly. Liked the location. It was walking distance to Fisherman’s Wharf!"

"Nothing"

"Room was great. Parking super convenient. Elevators and halls are dark and kind of run down"

"Very friendly property with little perks every day like ice cream tasting. Rooms are spacious and clean and close to a lot of restaurants and shopping."

"Old, broken, and dirty. Just like the city itself."

"It was very central"

"No ac wasn’t too bad. Def older hotel and lowkey"

"Service was outstanding."

"Well appointed room with a killer view. A pocket door separated the vanity from shower and WC with towel heater. We had two free drinks and morning coffee included with our rooms, a nice bonus. Parking was expensive onsite but there are many garages for less nearby."
