"Not sure what the room looks like as I never checked in. After waiting 40 minutes at the reception ringing the bell and calling the hotel, I called 911 for a wellness check. The police came and found the receptionist on the second floor changing a diaper. By that time an hour had passed and I booked another room to another hotel nearby. No apologies was given, no explanaition, just he didn't hear the bell."

"Who did the paint job in the Men’s room off the lobby? That was horrible. Also in the bathrooms in the rooms, the sink and mirror don’t line up. It’s like the bathroom was configured by two drunks and a wino. For someone with OCD, it must be a living nightmare in the bathroom. "

"The hot tub didn’t work but my kids still enjoyed it. The beds were comfortable but the room itself could’ve used a deep clean and some renovations. The guy who checked us in seemed annoyed to do so but maybe was just having a bad day. Breakfast was good."

"Staff was nice and they accepted my ESA as a service animal waived fees. The downside was NO elevator and we had alot of stuff to take up to the 2nd floor to our room. Pool is kid friendly 3-4 Ft deep but had a lot of dead flies floating in water. Breakfast was fair. Area is quiet. "

"The staff was great. Parking was convenient right in front of our door. We had a handicap room, the bathroom didn’t smell very good. The room was clean. The refrigerator was clean. The AC cooled the room. I would stay there again. The price was very reasonable. "

"This was such an Amazing beautiful home with lots of amenities, for fun with the family. The owner Was so gracious and kind. It’s an absolute hidden gem right next to the golf course with Amazing views of lake. Great outdoor kitchen spacious open floor plan. We will definitely be going back."
