"Overall, a lovely century home with older features we would have expected. It definitely suited our purposes for twelve people. However, we left a list of items that would have been helpful as well as safety and fire concerns. Our biggest disappointment was we were assured of a bed on the main floor for our 90 year old mother to stay with us. A mattress taken off a bunk bed and left on the living room floor was not what we expected."

"This is a beautiful cottage with all of the amenities! The cottage was very clean and so spacious. The hot tub and steam room were great for relaxing after a hard day of vacationing. "This was our second year in Sand Castle and it met all our expectations! Open concept and spacious deck and a well appointed kitchen. Loved the Adirondack chairs to spend our time looking over the ocean and watching the birds, bunnies, chipmunks, dragonflies! Simply a quick walk to the bluff stairs to the beach. Beautiful sunsets and sunrises, golfing and biking! Enjoyed many lunches out exploring Summerside, Rustico, Brackley and Charlottetown. Delicious oysters, mussels and lobster a...

"Gina was very accomodating with all of the information and the home was so relaxing and beautiful. Everything we needed was supplied and made the visit even more enjoyable. We had a great time in Kensington and would go back to this home in a heart beat. The kids loved the room and were so excited about the toys. The playground was is very good shape and thd kids loved it. Sitting on the deck for morning coffee was great. Thanks to Gina.. .you have a wonderful home and we really enjoyed it. "
