"The room and all the property looked like it was very well maintained, but the floors in the room were not very clean. They appeared to be clean, but our feet or socks were completely black from walking on the floor. The floors need to be wet mopped or cleaned. Our feet should not be black from walking on the floor. Everything else was very good with the room and our stay."

"The lady that checked us in wasn't exactly welcoming but got the job done. When we got to our room, the carpet was soaking wet. I went back and asked to switch rooms. She was accommodating, however, she was more focused on finding other employees to tell them what was going on then she was on helping us. We got to the second room and the bathroom floor was wet.
