"Beautiful property but our room did not get cool even though the thermostat said it was 60 degrees. We had to go buy a fan at CVS. The shower handle was broken so it was hard to get the hot water to come on. Pool is very small for such a large property."

"The mini fridge doesn’t work well, a bunch of kids were here and they are playing ding dong ditch,$20 parking PER DAY is absolutely insane because this is NOT a location where that is necessary. The door is messed up and has to be slammed just to close it all the way. The AC is the only thing that was good because it actually got cold."

"Great little hotel , reasonably priced with great breakfast worth paying for. Close to stockyards with uber or park for 16 hours in car parks and come and go as you please within that time. Lovely Alexis on reception and the head lady in restaurant who was as great this time as she was 2 years ago !! Thank you for looking after us Only one thing I was disappointed with and that was the shuttle bus had stopped but none the less we would return - Debbie and Martin"

"Overall, the stay was okay when we first arrived, but there were several issues that made it uncomfortable. The room had no place to hang clothes, which was inconvenient. The inside of the room had a strong mold smell, and combined with the loud AC noise, it gave us headaches. The bathroom also smelled moldy, and the amenities were very limited. The Wi-Fi was also very laggy and kept disconnecting. The breakfast, however, was okay."

"We got down graded with no reimbursement. Had one working elevator had to take stairs on my wife and my wedding night due to could not get on cause so many people waiting for 25 minutes just to go up 10 flights of stairs in a wedding dress. For almost $400 for a room we didn’t even get we should have been refunding the amount for the down grade overall not very happy"

"I had a wonderful stay at Home2 Suites by Hilton Fort Worth Southwest Cityview. The hotel was exceptionally clean, modern, and well-maintained. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and were willing to help with anything I needed. My room was spacious, comfortable, and equipped with everything necessary for an extended stay.
