"Had to stay in Carthage for an extra night so decided to stay at Best western to give it a try. We got to the room really late and at 8 months pregnant all I wanted was to take a shower and sleep. I had to leave my stuff in the car, so I hop in the shower just to find my self wet and there was no shampoo no body wash no conditioner. Nothing. Had to come out to the room to call front desk and their phone didn’t even work. I called them from my personal phone and had to wait soaking wet until they...

"This quiet getaway was exactly what we needed. This little cottage was absolutely amazing and beautiful, clean on the inside and well maintained. My wife loved everything about it not to mention they even decorated for Valentine’s Day and it was absolutely perfect. Definitely recommend to stay in the small town of Carthage and stay at the cottage. It has definitely been put on our list of places to revisit! "
