"When we arrived, we were told we had been upgraded. The property is very outdated and the carpet doesn’t look clean. We had 2 nonsmoking rooms and both had terrible smells. One smelled like cigarettes and the other had an extremely strong odor that resembled vinegar. The TV didn’t work. We asked to change rooms and were accommodated, but those rooms had a super strong smell also, like someone dumped multiple bottles of Febreeze.
