"Overall the location was very convenient for getting to the falls or area hikes. The house itself was spacious, not super updated but modern enough. The downstairs bathroom was very small and not super easy to maneuver in but there was an upstairs one to use. The basement where the laundry was located was not the most comfortable place to do laundry though the washer and dryer were in good condition. Biggest drawback was the neighborhood - though it was in an area with some other vacation...

"It was a nightmare when the host Moe texted us in the middle of the night cancelling our booking 6 hours post check in time. We were 20 mins away from the place with aging parents. The host sent us pictures (attached) of the apartment that got flooded for the light rain that the place received that day. While we understand that they can't let us stay on their property risking our lives, the host didn't help in anyway to arrange for any alternate hotel accomodations. Instead we were asked to look...

"This rental is located very close to the Rainbow bridge for easy access to the Canada side of Niagara Falls! Great communication from the host, he messaged us to be sure everything was going ok and was available if anything arose during our stay. The beds were super comfortable, which was nice after a long day of site seeing. There were just a few things I didn’t care for in the rental. The thermostat was locked/programmed to only cool down to a certain temp, which was warmer than we are used to...
