"Very clean 2 bedroom one bathroom bottom floor of a split level house. Host answered all questions quickly and helped me get my kid's passports. James is a great guy. Highly recommend staying here and if I am ever in the area again I will only stay here! "

"We enjoyed our two nights there. It was very clean. Kitchen is amazing! It's an old house in an old neighborhood, so keep that in mind. The location was perfect for getting to the falls! We would stay here again if we were ever traveling there again. No complaints on our part. "

"My 26yr old son and I visited the falls for a father's day weekend. We had a great visit. The apartment was sufficient. The couch was not so comfortable but we spent very little time in the residence. We were able to walk to all the local attractions even to the Canada side. We did get a lot of steps daily but it was doable. It is very close to the Senca Casino where we ate a delicious breakfast buffet every morning. "I'll start off by saying when we arrived for our stay the neighborhood and outside surrounding properties was a bit for sore eyes but once we got inside the place was well upkept and pretty nice place. It was a upstairs place and was a little let down that the main "front room and kitchen" wasn't really able to be cooled down but there was window AC units in all the rooms which made for a comfortable sleep but the rest of the place was a little warm. "The inside was very nice and roomy and very clean, but property was listed as having a parking space and a king-size bed Was disappointed that a king-sized bed was not in the main bedroom. There were two queens, no king. The area was a bit scary, not the best location, but the privacy fence in back helped. Only parking was on street."

"We had a wonderful stay! The communication with the property owner/manager was excellent—responses were always quick and so friendly. The home is incredibly spacious; with nine of us, there was more than enough room for everyone to relax comfortably. Everything was spotless and clean. We couldn't have asked for a better experience!"
